They easily explain what was wrong with my air conditioning and why. gave me the best price and then found a part even cheaper than they first quoted, and I was given that discount as well. I brought my 2015 Honda Civic to the dealership with an electrical issue and it took them a week before they gave it back to me without fixing the issue. I called Olive Auto Center based entirely on Google reviews to hopefully do what Honda could not. Tyler and the team diagnosed my alternator issue in under 90 seconds. They fixed it in a couple of hours. Never going back to Honda again. Will stick with these guys moving forward. Leaving a review because Google guided me to Olive, so hopefully my review can be of similar service.

I'm a car guy... I have done oil changes, brakes, R&R engines, rebuilds... the guys at Olive are knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. Direct and efficient, there was no bs which I can appreciate. I had already taken my vehicle to two other shops which gave me some insights to what repairs my car needed. Dropped it off in the morning and they had it ready in the afternoon.

Very happy with my services as my A/C went out in the middle of HOT July. Tyler was very communitive and great with explaining what was happening with my car. He called to give a heads up on the process ans the price before proceeding. My car was available to pick up a lot sooner than I expected. I cracked my oil pan by smashing the bottom of my car on a raised driveway. It was the most inconvenient fiasco with oil spilling everywhere. Bobby gave me an extremely fair price and had my car ready on the same day! Another mechanic told me it would be several days and more money. The whole team was incredibly friendly and helpful! I came in for a mileage checkup and there was no pushing or upselling, which I really appreciated. They broke down what they checked and explained why I could hold off on any major services, and what I couldn't wait on (replacing my bald tires lol). While looking over a car I wanted to buy I thought it best to do a quick PPI (pre-purchase inspection) near the dealership and had multiple dealerships either not pick up the phone or note they couldn’t do one that day. Thankfully Olive Auto Center noted they would be ready to meet me with the car in 20 minutes! Bobby was amazing and gave me a bunch of useful information about the car and I couldn’t be happier with the work especially with it being so last minute!

Great service We are using there services almost more than 10 years

Here is my most recent experience at Olive Auto Center- My car was making a very disturbing noise. I arrived at Olive Auto Center with that knot of nervousness about how much was this going to cost. I know the people at Olive are not oriented to price gauging but things cost what they cost, right? Bobby quoted the price of the repair and I thought I had misheard. It was SO much less than what I had budgeted for...when does that happen?!? The mechanic working on my car walked me over and explained how he was going to make the repair. Olive Auto is always honest and upfront about everything. So grateful for their commitment to being so amazing.

This is the place I go when there's something amiss with my Jeep. They always treat me right. I went somewhere else, they told me that my engine was shot and I needed to get rid of my car. I took it to these guys here at the Olive Auto Center, Tyler, and they found it was just a little thing, only a few hundred bucks. Completely different. That alone made me loyal for a long time here. Plus, they did a good job on the car, too. Highly recommend.
