Just...plain...amazing service. My car got the warning message MAINTAINENCE OVERDUE (for a few weeks now), I brought it in for service when the shop opened, needing to pick-up at my lunch hour; they had my car ready in 2-hours. Depending on what is wring with the car, the customer cannot easily dictate when it would be ready for pick-up. with other cars in the queue I was able to pick it up and get-on with my day, this was completely unexpected. It's service like this that keeps me coming back.
