Burbank Auto Repair

The dashboard of my Prius was lit up like a X-mas tree! It had been that way for almost a year. I took it to the Toyota dealer and they told me my ABS system was out and gave me a ridiculous quote to fix it. Then I took it to a Prius "specialist" and he gave me some lame excuse as well and told me there was nothing really wrong with my car. Meanwhile, every time I used the brakes, this terrible noise came from rear passenger wheel. Took it to Bobby and his guys... Presto! Turns out, my poor car was only using 3 brakes whenever I came to a stop and was straining the heck out of the rear passenger brake! Scary! When I arrived at Olive Auto Center, I was a nervous wreck with a jacked-up car with no air conditioning. When I left, my car was in perfect condition! Bobby and his crew saved me and did it without charging me a fortune. Thank you so much guys!! I will definitely be back!!

Great service and excellent work

Everything any review has said about Bobby is true. He is most polite, (in fact everyone there was) and diligent about communicating with clients about their vehicles. My car was completed in what I felt was a timely manner and I'm very pleased.

Bobby was polite, kind and delivered exactly what he told me he would in the time-frame promised. The only way I could be happier is if I was their millionth customer and it was free!
