This shop is trustworthy and wonderful. My mom is an ASC certified technician in another state, so I let her do most of the communication with auto repair places. This is the first one she has felt confident in that is near my house. Ask for Bobby! He's great!

I like that my invoice details what was done. I haven't seen this type of invoice at other places. Good, fast service, didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Will definitely return.

They not only gave me a good deal when I called to compare estimates, but they looked up my vehicle info over the phone so that the parts would be ready and service expedited as soon as I arrived at the shop. As a young woman, I'm always skeptical of mechanics, but they were truly great-- my brakes were fixed right away, and they texted me later in the week to make sure everything was running smoothly with my new pads and rotors. True professionals and very nice people. I will be back!

Thank God for Bobby. He is a real life saver. See my two previous reviews. I had taken my car to two previous shops and both had read the trouble codes incorrectly and said nothing was wrong with my car. When you smell a burning smell while driving and your car is running rough something is wrong. I took my car to Olive and met with Bobby. I explained everything that had been going on and immediately ran the trouble codes. 4 TROUBLE CODES POPPED UP!!! Now it's a mystery to me how Bobby can find these codes when 2 others couldn't find them. He told me he would call me back around lunch and let me know what's going on. True to his word, he called me back and told me exactly what the problem was, that he had contacted the dealer and everything was still covered under my warranty. He even made arrangements with the service manager at Glendale Mitsubishi. Bobby is the true definition of great customer service. I would not hesitate to bring my car back here.

I've been here several times. Once to have a starter replaced and was very happy with the work. Quick and friendly. Last time I stopped in because my brakes were making a lot of noise. After a full inspection they told me that my brakes were in good condition, it was just brake dust accumulating. I was given a list of recommended services for a future visit and charged NOTHING. These guys clearly know a thing or two about customer service. I'll be going to them for all of my car service needs. A+!
