My first time at Olive Auto Center and the process from start to finish was GREAT. I booked my appointment online and got a confirmation right away. They sent me reminders for my appointment which was also helpful. I dropped my car off and worked with Bobby. He communicated with me via text throughout the appointment, so I knew what was happening the entire time. My car was ready in the expected amount of time. Tyler and Bobby were both friendly and professional.

I’ve been living in Los Angeles since 2016. This was the first mechanic I brought my car to. It was recommended to me. They are the only people who I let work on my cars. I now have had two cars serviced by them. Any repair work ever done (brakes, fixing things causing any of the idiot lights to go on including the check engine light etc) has been done right the first time with no need to return or follow up. The hardest thing to find are mechanics who aren’t out to rip you off and make things up about what’s wrong with your vehicle. Bobby and company run an honest business where they put your car and safety first. They are upfront about all costs ahead of time. Their work is top notch. There’s not much they can’t do. I’m weary of most dealerships. I’d inquire with them before you let the dealership fix or replace something. While you never want things to go wrong with your car, Olive Auto Repair does top quality work and I can assure you they are actual mechanics looking out for you.
