Staff and Bobby were very knowledgeable and friendly. I really feel that Bobby went above and beyond for me. I’ve been having constant issue with my check engine light coming on every six months, even though I’ve taken it into multiple mechanics for regular maintenance, every time the light comes back on. Not only was Bobby and his team able to get to the bottom of that, he found multiple other issues with my vehicle that were overlooked by other places. He and his staff show me the issues, and I felt very comfortable with what was going on. I’m a young lady, so I feel that other mechanics may have taken advantage of my lack of coarse skills and no one actually showed me the physical problems with my car. I’ve also been told by other mechanics that the issue has been fixed, when it clearly has not. This means I had a lot more repairs to perform on my car than expected, and more money that I needed to put into my car than expected. But Bobby was sympathetic and nice to me about it he really went out of his way to help me. He even went so far as requesting me to send him the paperwork for what other places have done to make sure no stone is left unturned. And WOW did my car ran GREAT. He was right, my car had issues, and he solved for them! I seriously didn’t know my car could run that well. Thank you Bobby and your team!
