Ali, Bobby and crew did a wonderful job of taking care of our car. We had a tire that was losing air, plus needed an oil change. We went by, explained what was needed, and Ali said we'd have our car back that morning. He even used his courtesy vehicle to drop us off down the street at a favorite breakfast place.During breakfast, we got an update call that told us exactly when the car would be ready, and also a warning that the front brakes did not look good. We appreciated them going the extra mile to make sure that such an important safety check was done.When we returned, the car was done, the oil was changed, the tire was repaired (two nail punctures!), and all for a reasonable price. We didn't get the brakes done just yet, but plan to head back after payday.Everyone at Olive was friendly and professional, and the service was caring. What more could you possibly ask for?

Great customer service. Went in for a smog check and I was told it would be done in 30 mins. They were done in 15!!!! Professional and courteous.

Maintenance Service done. I always take both of my vehicles to Olive Auto Center for service, because I trust all the mechanics at that shop.

This auto center treats me very well. The only reason I give it four stars is because I would love to see better communication even on things as simple as an oil change. Whether there is a problem or not it's nice to know what might go wrong with ones car and plan accordingly. But all in all great service, polite and upfront answers when asked. And I greatly appreciate that they provide transportation back home if the work takes longer than 30mins.

I can bring in my car with a problem and know it will be fixed promptly, correctly and with a very high degree of professionalism. I was extremely pleased with the service that I received. They were prompt, courteous and straight forward with the diagnosis of my car. I was expecting to hear the worst and was pleasantly surprised. I will be taking my car to Olive Auto Center in the future.

When I wait for my car he always come by to ask how I'm doing. Bobby is amazingly helpful and patient explaining what needs to be repaired. My car is old so it often needs a lot of fixing.
