As far as details go, here's my experience: The quality of their work is very high. Their technicians are quite proficient and well trained, always busy with work. Bobby and Ali at the office are very attentive to their customers' needs and try to accommodate special requests that customers may have as well. I like that--they're easy to talk to, easy to get feedback from, and they do the job right. For me personally, having a mechanical shop that I could trust is priceless. I love my cars and don't let random people do the work. This is where I take them.
