I usually take my car to the dealership. However, my fiance has always taken his car to Ali's and suggested that I take my car there. I finally decided to do so, and I must say, not only is Ali and his staff professional, but they also understand the importance of quality service. I am going here for my future service needs from now on!

Sean was very friendly and made sure I was kept informed of what was happening with my car.I did have to wait while parts were acquired that they didn't have in the shop, but they pursued several options to get them the soonest possible.I waited while my car was serviced, but I might have taken advantage of the free shuttle service being close by if it had been mentioned as an option. Overall very happy and will go back.
