Angie's list was right, this was a really good place to get my car fixed. I really felt they were doing right by me and that isn't always how it is when you are a single woman. Plus they let dogs in the waiting room!! I will go back.

I would recommend Ali, they provide excellent customer service, reasonable rates, and most important they do excellent work, and they are honest. I don't have to stress, I can relax. This is the only place I take my vehicle to.

I first brought my 2002 Volvo XCountry into this shop a few years ago for my first smog test (I'm a fairly new resident to southern california). The service was performed quickly and for an excellent price. They had me back on the road and my information updated with the DMV that day. I recently returned to have my car re-smogged as I was due this year. Once again, minimal wait (without an appointment!) and the same excellent, friendly service accompanied by an affordable price and genuine smiles. I will always bring my car to this shop for services that don't require dragging the wagon back to the dealership and I don't even live in Burbank anymore..I drive the extra 11 miles just to service the car here!

Took my daughters car in after a coolant leak. Ali called me after they diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. Because of the high mileage on the vehicle he suggested to change the timing belt. I agreed that replacing the timing belt at this time would be s great idea. Ali told me that there would not be additional labor costs to get it done now. Ali gave me a quote and called me every step of the way. Much to my surprise, Ali called when the car was done and told me that the price he quoted was too high. Ali lowered the price by $200.00 dollars. WOW ! I was shocked by their honesty... They were great, and in fact I took my other high mileage car for repair work.Highly recommended!!

Roel was extremely friendly and helpful in quickly diagnosing my vehicle's issue and getting it fixed. He was receptive to whatever I needed and went the extra step to make certain my car got fixed as fast as possible. I can't imagine a less painful process for a vehicle repair.
