Excellent service, and also the staff. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I love that they do more than just an oil change too, they make sure your vehicle is safe for the road. I will definitely be returning their for future oil changes!

When they say something is wrong with the car, and needs fixing, I know it's time to get the car fixed. Been with them for over 20 years, and all family cars are serviced here.

I have needed to take my car to Ali MANY times this past year. I have always received excellent service - an incredibly nice staff as well! Pricing has always been extremely fair and I have never felt ripped off or overcharged. After I started coming to Ali 2 years ago, I knew this is the only auto shop I would ever use while living in LA.

I had major repair work done on my car here recently. It was an overall very good experience. The body shop used did a fantastic job. Even though my car wasnt ready at the time I came to pick it up when promised, Ali rented me a car for the day so I could go to work and not have to be inconvenienced another day. Ali was honest and thorough about the repairs and I would definitely return or recommend this shop to anyone looking for the straight story. the shop was organized and the employees were always busy and there never seemed to be any chaos like you can sometimes witness in repair offices. This makes a difference and allows the mechanics to do their jobs.
