As soon as I enter the shop, I was welcomed by a customer service or owner of the shop and had assisted me with my smog check. He seems very friendly. If the waiting period will always be too short, I think I would want to bring my car for service next time to see if I can get an outstanding service at a reasonable price for a repair job.
