Very personable welcoming service; makes you feel like family. Told by prior mechanic that my head gasket was leaking and will need a new engine. After an inspection By Olive Auto Center, I was told it was merely a small transmission leak, and not something so serious. I feel confident and comfortable with Olive Auto Center as my new mechanic.

It is unusual for me to give a good review for service that required my radiator to be replaced 3 times within a 8 month period, but the service has been very good each time. I don't think Olive was at fault, but the Chinese made replacement parts used seem to have serious reliability issues. However, this last time they said they have used another brand (also Chinese) so we will see how it goes. My original 2-year warranty is still good for another 2 years with this radiator. The main thing is the people seem honest, friendly and competent and never gave me a reason to get upset with anyone. I really hope this new radiator lasts like it should, but if it doesn't, they will likely replace it again with a sincere apology, a handshake and a smile.
