I took my car into ALI's on a Saturday - Ali greeted me very kindly as always, and Shawn wrote up my paperwork - i had never met him before but he was very easy going and efficient. Shawn called me on Saturday afternoon saying that after inspection I had a broken radiator and thermostat, and that my car would be done by Monday, which I thought was really impressive considering they are closed on Sunday. They quoted me a price right then and there. Ali called me Monday around 11am to tell me that my car was done - and when i picked it up the price had not changed from the quoted price. I LOVE ALI's. I feel like the work they do is done with pride, and I feel like if I ever felt something wasn't right after they fixed it, they would gladly make it right - that's why I can't see myself anywhere else for service. Thanks, Ali for always giving me a great experience!

Brought my car in for an oil change and got what I wanted. Overall, very satisfied with the customer service!

I recommend this shop to all my friends. Fair prices, honest guys and quality work. I had some major maintenance done on 4x4 hummer. Car runs 100 times better. they even washed it and put some gas in it for me. I'll be back for sure.

They are honest and efficient. For a woman, their honesty is very important. I went to Pep Boys and they said there were all kinds of things which needed work--about $1200. Ali said that most of the list was unnecessary, and the repairs were about $400. I have continued to trust them for several years.

I had several issues with my car, and I was concerned about the cost. Having a few years' experience with Ali and his team, I was not concerned about quality. When I brought the car in, I was told that some of the work was covered my a manufacturer's recall (which, somehow, the manufacturer forgot to tell me. So this one little service saved me several hundred dollars. Thanks for going the extra step, guys!
