Hi, my wife Barbara and I are experiencing an uneventful experience with having our Chevy truck pass state smog at the present time. After three returned trip to our usual inspection center and one corrective air censor installation made at Ali's yesterday,the test made this morning was negative again. After contacting Shawn and meeting with him with our truck this afternoon, Barbara and I appreciate hearing that he will work with us to clear the failures and to have our vehicle pass the required state smog test. Ali is not only the most honest mechanic Ive ever met, but probably the most honest customer service in general I've ever received. I have been coming here for 5 years now, mainly because of his honesty and straightforwardness. He will find the lowest price available for what your vehicle needs. 9 times out of 10, I walk out of there with such a low cost and breathe easy. Sometimes, of course, certain mechanical things may cost more, whether it's because of the nature of the part needed, if it's labor-intensive, or both. When I first started going, I would always get a "second opinion" of another mechanic (including the dealer of my vehicle) and their quotes were ALWAYS higher. OAC has never done me wrong and I return for all my vehicle needs.
